2. Purpose

Nubia is a web design and development studio for businesses. Through this site we provide information about our services and a contact form to request a quote. This site does not process sales or online payments.

3. Data protection

When you use the contact form, we process the following data:

What we collect: name, business name, email and the message you write.
What for: solely to respond to your quote or information request.
Data controller: [Nubia's full name or company name].
Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form voluntarily.
Retention: for as long as the business relationship lasts, or until you request deletion.
Sharing with third parties: we do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to nubia.oficial.agency@gmail.com. If you believe we haven't properly handled your request, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

4. Cookies & external resources

On your first visit we ask whether you accept minimal analytics (visits and page views, no ads or profiling). If you accept, we store that choice in your browser (localStorage, not a third-party cookie) and only then is analytics activated. If you decline or don't respond, nothing is activated. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Our typefaces (Geist, Geist Mono and Instrument Serif) are served from our own server, so your browser does not connect to third parties to display them.

The text, design and code of this site belong to Nubia, unless otherwise stated. Projects shown as "concept project" are style examples created by Nubia and do not correspond to real clients.
